CHARMING CITY OFFICE

Witted’s new office in Tampere is centrally located in art nouveau style building called Tirkkosen talo. The property was completed in 1901 as a commercial property, but this space had already been converted into office use for previous tenants. The room height reaches 3.5 meters, making the space wonderfully spacious, and the large, personal display windows offer a view of the hustle and bustle of the street. At the office, however, the atmosphere is calm and it charms you at first glance. The size of the office is quite compact, but the even more charming!

The office went through a comprehensive surface renovation before Witted moved in, which completely changed the atmosphere of the space. The gloomy plastic carpet was replaced with new textile carpet and vinyl flooring and the aged wall and ceiling surfaces got several layers of new paint. The lighting was also renewed and the old fluorescent tubes were discarded. The goal of the interior design was to make the large, unified space feel cozy and inviting. The furniture selection combines new and old, and especially unique vintage finds give the office a unique character. The desks and shelves in the large space are on wheels and can be easily moved, making the space easily adapted for larger events. The delightful look of the premises is also strongly influenced by the large number of green plants that bring the office to life. 🌿
