FROM OLD BREAD FACTORY TO AMAZING WORKSPACE
Talented’s new headquarters in Leipätehdas went through a massive transformation in 2020. Back in the days there used to operate a bakery in these spaces which gives Talented’s office such a unique character. The space has ceiling hight at around 6 meters, beautiful factory windows and special loft environment through the Leipätehdas building.
The goal of the interior design was to make the space feel cozy and easily approachable. Of course, making the space function for Talented the best possible way was the top priority in the project. In the beginning of the project, the space was just an empty canvas, so we had the possibility to design everything from the scratch – starting from planning the walls and electricity in place and picking all the materials.
When it comes to greenery (there is plenty!), mixing real and artificial plants seemed like the best plan. Real plants worked best for window seats and ledges, whereas artificial plants were a perfect choice for spots that aren’t easily reachable – like on top of kitchen cabinets, toilets and other not-so-conventional places.
